Welcome to MASS Clinic, where we provide free healthcare to patients in need.

Our mission is to create health equity by providing continuity of care to the underserved community in our region through partnerships with our volunteers, providers and community leaders.

Who We Help

The following are the three criteria an individual must meet to be a patient at the MASS Clinic 

1

The Uninsured

In order to be eligible to become a patient at the MASS Clinic, you must not have any form of health insurance. This includes Medicare, Medicaid and Share of Cost. 

2

At or below 200% of the federal poverty guideline

A new patient must have an income that resides at or below 200% of the federal poverty guideline.

3

Duval County Resident

Patients must currently live in Duval county to be eligible to become a MASS Clinic patient.

Free volunteer-based care management to the uninsured population of Duval County.

By collaborating with local healthcare institutions, We Care clinics, and other faith-based organizations, MASS Clinic improves public health, lowers healthcare costs and reduces the burden of non-emergency care and the treatment of acute and chronic diseases placed on local hospital emergency rooms.

Internship Program

Are you an aspiring physician, PA, or nurse? Have you been seeking experience in the medical field? Interested in helping the community?

The MASS Clinic is a learning community where those who are passionate about medicine can collaborate with providers and others with the same interests. The MASS Clinic's Internship program is a hands on volunteer based internship in which driven individuals can obtain experience by providing healthcare assistance to the underserved population.
